اين نوع کيت حاوي DNA پلي مراز هاي مهندسي شده است که ضمن قابليت اتصال بالا به DNA با توان و ظرفيت زياد با کمتريت مداخله مواد اضافي و يا بازدارنده هاي طبيعي در سطح توالي DNA مثل GC% يک پردازش سريع ژني را فراهم کند.
